Meter (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is a subscription management tool designed with a "Privacy First" philosophy. This policy explains our commitment to your data security.

1. 100% Local Data Storage

The App is designed to function entirely offline. All data you enter—including service names, pricing, billing cycles, and categories—is stored exclusively on your device using local storage technology (AsyncStorage).

We do not use cloud storage, and your data never leaves your physical device.

2. No Network Requests

The App does not initiate any external network requests. Specifically:

• No Remote APIs: We do not fetch exchange rates or any other data from the internet. All calculations are performed using local logic.
• No Analytics: We do not use third-party tracking or analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Firebase).
• No User Accounts: There is no registration process, and we do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers.

3. Data Usage

Since all data remains on your device, it is used solely to provide the core functionality of the App: calculating and displaying your subscription expenses and analytics in the UI.

4. User Control & Data Deletion

You have absolute control over your data:

• Deletion: Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's cache via system settings will permanently delete all stored data.
• Portability: Currently, data is tied to the local installation and is not synced across devices.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. All data remains local to the user's device.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the App does not connect to the internet, any updates will be included within the App Store "Version History" or App updates.
